All the accommodation in the wooden house is on the same level and comprises a large living room with corner kitchen, a large table and chairs to seat six, settee and easy chairs.

There are french doors looking over the private garden.

The hallway leads to three bedrooms, giving one double, one twin and one single bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside are enclosed lawns surrounded by trees with access to valley and wildlife pond.

To the rear is a car port garage.

Back along the lane is a common area and an open “club house” and workshop space available for all to use.

Smoking is not permitted within the Wooden House.
