Outside is a seating area, lawns and trees surrounding.
To the rear is a bike port garage.
Back along the lane is a common area and an open “club house” and workshop space available for all to use.

There are french doors looking over the private garden.
The hallway leads to three bedrooms, giving one double, one twin and one single bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside are enclosed lawns surrounded by trees with access to valley and wildlife pond.

The Gite consists of two upstairs bedrooms, one double and one twin plus two downstairs bedrooms with singlebeds.
The main living room includes a large table and chairs to seat six, settees and a wood burning stove.
The kitchen area is offset from the living room and is fully equipped.
The living area is open to the roof with the upstairs
bedrooms being connected via a bridge.
Please note that the stairs are quite steep.

Outside is a private enclosed orchard with garden furniture plus a secure garage to the side.
